At first it was unintentional and Kelly threw a tennis ball at the ceiling to tell them they were being loud.
We’ve brought this up before in our RA meetings. They actually unhinged a light in our hallway and our RA saw it and spoke to them. Though they owned up to the intentional stomping from that night, they claimed that they were never loud nor will they ever be.
